It may come as a surprise, but the basic principle of modern management systems has a long tradition in the HEINRICH turning shop. After all, the continuous improvement of workflows and processes is indispensable if a high level of performance and quality is not only to be achieved, but also to be maintained in the long term.
Safety, productivity and customer satisfaction are our strongest driving forces. This applies even if we omit an audit or certification for economic reasons. We give our best, even without a certificate, always do.
Uncompromising quality management
Quality is the be-all and end-all - without ifs and buts
The maxim of our company is to supply only high quality parts; it is trend-setting for all areas of the company. To this end, we consistently turn all the knobs of modern quality management.
- Guidelines on quality (according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015), environmental protection and occupational safety form the framework of our daily work.
- CNC automatic lathes and precision measuring technology from leading manufacturers form the basis for impeccable quality.
- Many years of know-how and repeatedly tested quality management systems ensure the permanently high level of our production processes and custom-made turned parts.
Strict adherence to high quality standards, in turn, is what predestines us as a supplier of high-tech functional turned parts, for medical technology and life-saving systems, among other things.
Our quality management system was first certified according to DIN ISO EN 9002 by TÜV Management Service in March 2000 and still exists today in the current version ISO 9001:2015.

Environmentally conscious in our actions
Because you can't turn the clock back.
Our management provides all the means necessary to implement a responsible corporate policy and appoints the Environmental Officer.
A management manual has been introduced to guide and control our management system. This is permanently optimised and verified by a circle of management and individual responsible persons.
Validation and certification
Until 2012 our environmental management system was validated (EMAS II) and certified (DIN EN ISO 14001:2009) by an independent expert.
For cost reasons we interrupted the certification, but not our management system!
Training courses and internal instructions continue to ensure that the environmental awareness of our employees is increased and maintained.
Due to recent enquiries and the resulting increase in customer importance, we are planning a new certification for 2021/22.

Here no one remains defenceless
Prevention is better than cure
Because prevention is better than cure, our occupational health and safety management system according to OHSAS 18001 supports us in identifying risks and initiating effective measures to protect our employees. In this way, breakdowns are avoided and trouble-free operations are guaranteed right up to the customer.
The ISO 45001 standard will replace the current OHSAS 18001 standard, at the latest in March 2021. For this reason, we have decided not to have our management system, which is still active, recertified again. Certification according to ISO 45001 is planned for 2021/22.

Energy
Nothing rotates without energy!
We handle all resources responsibly and also have our energy consumption in mind. As a medium-sized company, we are allowed to operate an alternative system for the improvement of energy efficiency according to §3 SpaEfV instead of an energy management system according to ISO 50001. The verification is carried out annually by an environmental verifier.
